As the co-founder of multiple successful businesses—including tax firms, consulting agencies, transportation services, real estate investing and accounting companies—LeFeisha specializes in turning financial knowledge into profitable ventures. Prior to her success in entrepreneurship, LeFeisha enjoyed a 15-year career with the State of Delaware, where she has managed million-dollar budgets, multi-millions in financial transactions, and diverse teams of more than 40 employees, including positions as Director of Business Services, Assistant Vice President and University Controller, and Associate Controller of Restricted Funds Accounting.  She has been recognized for her contributions in business, accounting and her community and is Lean/Six Sigma Certified.
